2X qPCR Mixes

2X qPCR Mixes are optimized ready-to-use solutions for real-time quantitative PCR assays with all the components necessary to perform qPCR: Hot Start Taq Polymerase, dNTP, MgCl2 and fluorescent dye. The user simply needs to add water, template and primers. The convenient 2x qPCR mix format reduces pipetting steps, increasing throughput and reproducibility, while reducing the risk of contamination.
